Stamping Stuff Workshops June 2005
I was recently invited to take 4 workshops on behalf of Stamping Stuff in Milford Auckland. My host Susanna Western found a lovely room in Takapuna perfect for our needs. After a belated flight due to fog, I made my way to Auckland and Susanna and I were able to set the room up on the Friday night in preparation for the weekends fun.
Saturday bright and beautiful and off we went to await the class participants. We began the morning with Buttons, Beads and Embellishments. The group ladies were very warm and enthusiatic and of the 11 participants 7 remained for the whole weekend. Take a look at who we are and what we did.
If you'd like to know more about Stamping Stuff and any classes Susanna may be holding in the future you can email her at stampingstuff@xtra.co.nz

Comments
Karen - I would like to thank you for a wonderful class in the weekend, I haven't stopped creating since! Having a wonderful time.
Your classes were fun, jam packed with techniques and our access to your tools and supplies was very generous.
I used to teach craft classes so I know what is involved in organizing, carrying 'stuff', setting up and breaking down classes, traveling etc. Your effort was really appreciated. It was a 5 star class and worth every cent.

Brigitte - Just a quick note to say 'thank you' for the three workshops last weekend in Auckland.
Lack of sleep - partly due to enthusiastically practicing the techniques learnt until late on Saturday night - did not help on Sunday and by mid-afternoon, the somewhat hectic 'Transfer Techniques' caused some mental overload. However, I've now got my samples and notes in order and hopefully will be able to translate them into some useful pieces of artwork.
It was a pleasure meeting you and gaining an insight into your work and thorough knowledge on all things 'polymer clay'.

Lorraine - Petra I really enjoyed your class, Many thanks

Susanna - The workshops were very well organized and people went away very happy and bursting with new ideas, which is just what we wanted.

Fiona - Keith was most impressed with the bits I had made and looking forward to making the time to put some to use!
Cheers and thanks for a fabulous weekend.
