Jewel is well known amongst the Teddy Bear and Doll enthusiasts and foremost in the field of miniatures.
Did you know that she was first published in a FIMO how to booklet way back in 1985? - Thats right we have a pioneer of our own and she's here in our back-yard. If you can ever get hold of a copy of that booklet she created millefiori flowers in blue and yellow. I have a copy here and its a pleasure just knowing she wrote the article.
These days Jewel creates wonderful mini's - first by sculpting an original from polymer clay, then she makes a mould of her work and pours resin items to sell. Lex Sorrentino - Canberra - Australia

A NODAAA (National Original Doll Artist Association Of Australia), Diamond Gold Seal Artist and currently NODAAA'S Canberra Co-Ordinator, Lex runs classes every Wednesday night at 7.30 and Thursday morning at 10.30.
These classes run for 3 hours. (Supplies extra).You can make anything you want from fairies, elves, goblins, santas, wizards, witches, mermaids,etc,etc......to dragons and gargoyles.
